God Bless you Loved Ones. In all the previous years our Daniel Fast has been for 21 days. In glorious fashion we have diligently fasted and sought the Lord. Testimony of breakthrough has always followed. To God be the glory. But this year the Holy Spirit has unctioned a change. We will only fast for 10 days. January 12-21, 2011. It's not the length of the fast that produces: it's the fervor, the zeal, and the commitment. All attention must be turned to entering God's presence with petition and praise. Our 21 days should not become ritualistic, habitual, or blind obedience to a scheduled event. Neither is it a diet, a good time to lose weight. Let's refocus this year: no short cuts, nothing processed, bagged or canned. No corn chips, popcorn, and all the conveniences we have learned. But strict adherence to fresh or frozen; no additives added. "No pleasant breads". Get the instructions as usual but only 10 days. All of us, one accord; in unity. If your individualism demands you do more, end your fast at 10 days. If you restart a fast in a few days to satisfy your course, that is your choice and not the called fast of NCHC. 10 days, January 12th through 21st. Begins midnight on the 11th; ends midnight on the 21st. Great miracles break forth from heaven into your life. God grant you favor.
